Returns & replacements
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
A return or replacement will be considered when the issue is caused by SHE.FIT99, such as a defective item, the wrong product, the wrong size or color, or an item that does not match the confirmed order.
Report an issue
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue so we can review the case.
